• Eligibility: Items must be unused, in original packaging with all tags and accessories, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
• Non-Returnable Items: For health and safety reasons, Chemicals & Water Care products, opened personal care items, and custom-made products (e.g., specific Arctic Spas® Covers) cannot be returned unless faulty or incorrect.

• Refunds: Issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days after return approval. Original shipping fees are non-refundable for change-of-mind returns.
